Stellantis Hints at New All-Electric Jeep Compass for 2025

Since introducing its first EV, the Jeep Avenger, in 2023, Jeep has been steadfast in its pursuit of an electric future. The latest chapter in this journey is the all-electric 2025 Jeep Compass, which is now available in Europe following its trials in Australia. The big question is whether the United States will ever get to see an all-electric Compass. Here’s what we know so far about this new EV option. What We Know About The 2025 Compass EV While there has been no official reveal, there are plans for a first look before the end of the year ahead of the 2025 launch in Europe. We know that Jeep has plenty of resources to make a stellar electric vehicle and the Compass EV could be the company’s ace to revitalizing the Jeep brand. The new 2025 Compass EV is said to be offered in hybrid, PHEV, and all-electric options after its predicted November reveal, per their ‘ Freedom of Choice’ strategy that expands their powertrain options while keeping traditional vehicles for those not ready to make the change to electric. The Compass EV will be based on the STLA Medium platform which claims a 435-mile range. Jeep may be prioritizing the European market for its electric rebrand beginning with the Compass, but the sales growing brand-wide may see its release in the North American market as well. The decision makes a lot of sense, especially with the United States’ growing EV charging infrastructure and various federal incentives for drivers to make the change. 2025 Jeep Compass – Available Now! While the EV powertrain of the Compass may not yet be out or available in the United States, it is available with a conventional gas powertrain in various trims. The 2025 Jeep Compass packs a 4-Cyl, Turbo, 2.0 Liter engine with a 200 hp output at 5,000 RPM. The 2025 Jeep Compass is also bringing back favorite features like the Uconnect 5 infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a new 10.25-inch digital gauge cluster. It also introduces a new color option, Joose, alongside five others. Enjoy LED headlights, a foot-activated power liftgate, remote start, and more! Test drive the brand-new 2025 Jeep Compass today. Whether or not you’re planning to hold out for the potential release of the Compass EV, Savage L&B is here to help you fall in love with your next Jeep. 2024 Wagoneer S

Jeep Enters the Electric Vehicle Market with the Wagoneer S

After its initial announcement in September 2022, the Wagoneer S EV is now prepared for its debut. Here are the key stats of Jeep’s inaugural electric vehicle and what that could mean for the brand's future in EVs. Jeep’s Wagoneer S Electric Vehicle The Wagoneer S is not messing around with its specs. For the launch edition, the Wagoneer S offers over 300 miles on a single charge, a 600-hp powertrain capable of 0-60 in 3.4 seconds, and all-wheel drive. Despite being smaller than the Jeep Grand Cherokee, this two-row, five-seat SUV provides all the room you need for comfort without the bulk. The sporty two-spoke steering wheel, wall-to-wall screens spanning the large dashboard with plenty of room for rubber ducks, and McIntosh audio system come standard at launch for a luxury SUV to rival the competition. We did say ‘luxury’ and the price point reflects that. The Wagoneer S may cause some sticker shock at $70,200, reflecting the quality of all its amazing features. This may make the model less accessible for those looking for more affordable EV models – but rumors say Jeep isn’t done yet. Jeep’s Electric Breakthrough Following the launch of the Wagoneer S, Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares revealed that Jeep is developing a $25,000 EV. This forthcoming compact SUV, drawing comparisons to the European Citroën ë-C3 also priced at around $25,000, is anticipated to align with American market preferences for enhanced power and range. While the Citroën features 113 horsepower and under 200 miles of range, these figures are expected to increase to meet the demands of the American market. Beyond the initial investment in EVs, Jeep also intends to boost plug-in hybrid SUV sales by around 50% in 2024. PHEVs, which combine an internal combustion engine with EV technologies, could help accelerate consumer adoption of electrified Jeep vehicles as the company attempts to develop its all-electric line. Currently, Jeep offers two great PHEV models – the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and the Jeep Wrangler 4xe. Electrify Your Offroad Experience with Jeep The future is electric, and we’re here to help you get on or off the road in a PHEV Jeep today. Desert Power: The 2024 Jeep Gladiator Embraces Its Next Challenge

This year, the coliseum is re-opening its doors. That's right: gladiators are making a comeback. This Thanksgiving, director Ridley Scott is serving up Gladiator 2, the long-awaited follow-up to 2000’s Best Picture winner Gladiator. Starring Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal, we’ll see if the historical epic resonates with audiences the same way its hit predecessor did nearly a quarter century ago. But in the meantime, Jeep is releasing the year’s most anticipated Gladiator sequel: the new and improved 2024 Jeep Gladiator. Putting on a Show There's a surplus of off-road-centric, mid-size trucks on the market, but the Jeep Gladiator has developed a reputation based on its uniqueness. Its singular four-wheel drive system and suspension are designed to thrive on off-road conditions. It’s one of the only pickups to offer a six-speed manual transmission. To top it off, the Gladiator boasts a 7,700-pound tow rating and 1,725-pound payload, despite sticking with its modest but reliable 285-hp, 3.6-liter V-6 engine. Think of the new Gladiator as its seven-slot sibling, the Jeep Wrangler, with a pickup truck bed dropped on top of it. Much like the recently refurbished Wrangler, the Gladiator has undergone cosmetic changes to its exterior, emerging with a fuller, rounder grille. New wheel designs and a windshield-integrated antenna complete the Gladiator’s sleek new look. Are You Not Entertained? The flexible 2024 Gladiator features a removable roof, removable doors, and a fold-down windshield. For the first time, it comes loaded with a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, offered standard even with the base Sport trim. You also have the option to move up to the Rubicon and Mojave trims – which is where things start getting really fun for off-road explorers. The Rubicon trim has been tried and tested with the Wrangler, and it remains the preferred choice for rock-crawling adventures. The desert-themed Mojave, however, is newly exclusive to the Gladiator. An homage to the sand-strewn surfaces Roman warriors once risked life and limb on, the Mojave can easily traverse bumpy dunes, absorbing each would-be blow before casually moving on to the next challenge. Much like the year’s other big blockbuster, Dune Part 2, the Gladiator Mojave is a firm believer in desert power. With an Off-Road+ mode, 12-way adjustable seats, and improved safety features, the Gladiator Mojave guarantees the most comfortable, well-rounded off-road experience you'll find in a pickup. Its Fox suspension is equipped to combat a wide variety of rough terrain. Oh, and if you needed one more selling point on the Mojave: can we interest you in orange tow hooks? Age of Legends The age of gladiatorial combat is (thankfully) behind us, visitable only at one of Reading's local multiplexes. However, the age of the Jeep Gladiator is alive and thriving. Here at Savage L&B, you can check out our full roster of new and used Jeep vehicles, from off-road warriors like the Gladiator and Wrangler to heavy-hitting SUVs like the 2024 Compass and 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Much like the combatants of ancient Rome, each Jeep we sell is battle-tested and ready to take on whatever challenges come next.
