Meet Our Team

Joey has been with the Savage Auto Group for 22 years! He first began working in sales in 2005 and has since moved throughout each of the Savage Auto Group dealerships. In March of 2014, he became the General Manager here at Savage L&B and in 2019 became the owner. He loves working with people and that everyday he has the same job to do, but there is always a different way to get to the end result.

Chris has been with Savage L&B since August of 2017! He began working in sales and has now moved into the role of Sales Manager. He enjoys working with clients and dealing with different people everyday.

Jason has been with Savage L&B since the end of 2011! He started in the Sales Manager role and now serves as the Business Manager. He takes great pride in his role now with being able to train the sales department with his extensive experience in the dealership industry.

David has been with Savage L&B as a Sales Professional since July of 2025! He enjoys getting to meet new people and working with his clients.

Cody has been with Savage L&B since January of 2026 working as a Sales Professional! He loves the variety that working in sales provides, it's something different everyday.

Annie has been with Savage L&B for 8 years! She started out as the evening receptionist and now works in our accounting department. She enjoys the practical role her job plays and loves working with numbers.

Cindy has been with the Savage Auto Group for 30+ years and has been with Savage L&B for 20+ years! She started out as the full-time receptionist, then worked in accounts payable and accounts receivable, transitioning to the title clerk, then office manager, and is now the Controller. While she's enjoyed each position that she's worked in, she loves doing payroll and accounting the most.

Lisa has been with Savage L&B since May of 2024 working in Reception! She loves being able to interact with everyone whether on the phone or when they come into the dealership.

Jerry has been Savage L&B since May of 1985! First as a part time reconditioning cleaning RV's after school and weekends for the owner of the store at the time, and full time in 1987. Then he worked building maintenance for the dealership in 1988. Later that year, Jerry took on a role of technician doing oil changes and light vehicle maintenance. He served as a technician until 1995 when he became a service advisor until 1999 and then he decided to try his hand at sales. After a year in sales, he came to the conclusion that his place was in the service department and was again an advisor. In 2004, he took over as service manager. All together Jerry has been here at L&B for 30+ years.

Johnny has been with Savage L&B since July of 2022 working as a Service Advisor! He enjoys the customer service aspect of his position and working with people.

Joe has been with Savage L&B since December of 2024 working as a Service Advisor! While he loves serving his customers, the best part of his job is when his customers are appreciative of the services provided.

Marjorie has been with the Savage Auto Group for over 14 years! She started out in BDC and is now the Warranty Administrator. She loves that there is never a dull moment in her position and enjoys working with each of the dealerships.

Jeff has been with the Savage Auto Group for 35 years as a Technician! The best part of his job is being able to provide customer satisfaction. When he's not at work, you'll find him running or at the gym.

Woody has been with Savage L&B since September of 2023 as a Master Technician! He describes the best part of his job as being able to network and make people happy. When he's not at work, you'll find him spending time with his wife and kids, riding motorcycles, and ATV's.

Joan has been with Savage L&B since September of 2024 as a Master Technician! The best part of his job is being able to help people stay safe on the road. When he's not at work, he's busy being a full-time parent, exercising, and working on his personal car.

Zach has been with the Savage Auto Group for 15 years and with L&B for 6 years! He's worked in reconditioning and the express lane and is now a technician. The best part of his job is being able to diagnose and solve difficult problems. In his free time he's an avid Lego builder!

Pat has been with Savage L&B for 40 years! He has worked in every parts position and is now the Parts Manager. While he loves working with the parts advisors, he loves coming into work knowing each day is going to be different.

Chaz has been with Savage L&B since August of 2025 working as a Parts Advisor! He enjoys the customer service aspect of his job and being able to help people.

Kalyn has been with Savage L&B since September of 2025 working as a Parts Advisor! She loves being social with her coworkers, customers, and interacting with all the technicians.

Roy has been with Savage L&B for 30+ years where he worked as a technician, in the parts department, as a service advisor, and now as the Parts Driver. The best part of his job is working with customers and getting to talk to different people everyday.

Richard has been with Savage L&B since May of 2025 working in Reconditioning! He loves being able to work hands on with vehicles and that everyone he works with is friendly and helpful.
